Does Meat Cause Acne?

I gotta say, a vegetarian diet has been fabulous for my skin.  It’s been great for the rest of the body.  But honestly, I ate plenty of vegetables and fruits before, and my weakness has always been more carbs than meat.  So you would think my weakness would cause my acne.  But no, apparently meat has more to do with it and eliminating meat in general actually.  I mean I’ve still kept fish around, I know that’s not necessarily so vegetarian.  But really the good fats are necessary and they’re really good for the skin.  But apparently eliminating those red meats and even chicken and stuff has helped out tons, and I feel great not to mention the whole skin benefits in general.  I can’t say that I actually mind this at all, it’s not bad to know what I can do about it now.  Before, a constant struggle.  Now, not so bad at all.  So I’m going with this to see how it goes and I’m then going to go from wherever I end up.  So I’m hoping this continues to progress as it has been so far, and especially as I learn better habits in general.  I honestly don’t know how people end up worse off when going veg.  It’s not that hard.
